The Palestinian Center for Guidance in Jerusalem was established by a group of psychologists, Social and educationalists in 1983, as an Ottoman association, to work with all members of the Palestinian society exposed to harm and political, social, economic and psychological violence, to improve and develop the concept of mental health services in Palestine.[/justify] [b][color=#1b8600][size=5]Required contracts:[/size][/color][/b] [b][color=#ff0d0d][size=4]Firstly:[/size][/color][/b] [b]Supervisors / Professionals / Professional (Psychological) Supervisors to supervise the volunteers / workers working in the project and provide supervision to the protection committees:[/b] [b][color=#00369b][size=4]Main tasks and responsibilities:[/size][/color][/b] [ul] [li]Study and determine the needs of the beneficiary groups (volunteers / workers / project workers).[/li] [li]Ensuring the level of the counselor’s knowledge of the therapeutic and counseling, and working to develop it and motivating the supervisor to increase this knowledge through guidance to the references and useful resources for this matter.[/li] [li]Carry out supervision sessions for groups (tasks include preparation / planning / documentation / implementation).[/li] [li]Providing monthly supervision meetings for protection committees.[/li] [li]Ensuring the level of the counselor’s knowledge of the therapeutic and counseling, and working to develop it and motivating the supervisor to increase this knowledge through guidance to the references and useful resources for this matter.[/li] [li]Submit periodic written and detailed plans and reports on the professional supervision process as required.[/li] [li]Provide professional and practical recommendations to develop the capacity of counselors.[/li] [/ul] [b][color=#ff0d0d][size=5]Secondly:[/size][/color][/b] [b][color=#1b8600][size=4] (Case Management Wizard):[/size][/color][/b] [b][color=#00369b][size=4]Main tasks and responsibilities:[/size][/color][/b] [ul] [li]Study and determine the needs of the beneficiary groups (volunteers / workers / project workers).[/li] [li]Case management: presenting sessions of cases that are discussed and transferred in meetings of protection committees and documenting the intervention.[/li] [li]Submit periodic written and detailed plans and reports on the case management process.[/li] [li]Provide professional and uncle recommendations[/li] [/ul] [b][color=#00369b][size=4]Qualifications required:[/size][/color][/b] [ul] [li]Master's degree from a recognized university in the field of mental health, psychology or social work.[/li] [li]Seven years of experience in the fields of supervision and counseling in psychological and social health issues and holder of qualification in training and consulting.[/li] [li]Experience in building procedures, protocols and directories.[/li] [li]Ability to use various and effective training, supervision and consulting methods.[/li] [li]Ability to communicate, communicate and work with a team.[/li] [li]Good ability in scientific writing.[/li] [li] High computer ability.[/li] [li]Fluency in both Arabic and English is written and spoken.[/li] [li]High pressure bearing capacity.[/li] [/ul] [b][color=#00369b][size=4]Submission mechanism[/size][/color][/b] The one who finds / finds in himself / her the competence to send an updated CV, contains the supervises and consultations that have been implemented and attached with a letter specifying the type of contract required and the reason for applying for the contract, in addition to submitting the financial offer stating the amount required for each hour of supervision and session hour.
