[color=#000000][size=2]The annual scholarship program for foreign citizens offered by Romania, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on Government Decision no. 288/1993[/size][/color] [color=#42a6c6][size=3]Eligibility:[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]To be eligible the scholarship applicant must:[/size][/color] [ul] [li][color=#000000][size=2] Submit a complete file[/size][/color][/li] [li][color=#000000][size=2] Present study documents issued by accredited/recognized education institutions in the country where they were issued[/size][/color][/li] [li][color=#000000][size=2] Comply with the enrollment deadline[/size][/color][/li] [li][color=#000000][size=2] Have good results in education, respectively an average of the study years, for the last graduated school of at least 7 (seven) corresponding to the scoring system in Romania or the "Good" score, as the case[/size][/color][/li] [li][color=#000000][size=2] Comply with the application submission methodology.[/size][/color][/li] [/ul] [color=#42a6c6][size=3]Scholarship beneficiaries are provided with the following facilities:[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]a) exemption from the payment of registration fees or any other fees required by application processing, testing for the Romanian language skills, taking the admission contest for doctoral studies and the specific aptitude tests[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]b) financing the tuition expenses for the Romanian language preparatory year[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]c) financing the tuition expenses for the actual studies, but not more than the duration of a[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]university cycle, corresponding to the study program followed[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]d) granting a monthly scholarship, for students enrolled in the Romanian language preparatory year[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]e) granting a monthly scholarship, for students enrolled in bachelor's, master's or doctoral studies, but not more than the duration of a university cycle[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]f) financing the accommodation expenses in the student dormitories, within the allocated subsidy granted through the budget of the Ministry of Education[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]g) medical assistance in case of medical-surgical emergencies and diseases with endemic epidemic potential, in accordance with the legislation in force[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]h) local public, ground, naval and underground transport, as well as domestic car, railway and naval transport, in the same conditions as those offered to Romanian students, according to the legal provisions.[/size][/color] [color=#000000][size=2]i) exemption from the payment of the study visa fee.[/size][/color]
